Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, driving efficiency, managing inventory, and executing merchandising plans.

Qualifications

• Requires friendly, outgoing personality and ability to supervise and train staff.
• Demonstrated communication, guest service, and selling skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally; read and follow directions.

Responsabilités

• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are maintained.
• Train, coach, and develop department hosts and assistant managers.
• Provide feedback to team to achieve performance standards.
• Drive department efficiency, manage budget, and monitor costs.
• Execute weekly merchandising plans and maintain product quality.
