Job summary

Tasty Chick’n is seeking a Kitchen Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by guiding production targets and ensuring compliance with brand standards across food preparation, safety, facilities, and financial controls.

You will train, coach, and develop A+ talent, create staff schedules for all shifts, monitor inventory and KPIs, and partner on cost control to drive profit while upholding the company's Guiding Values.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Minimum three years’ experience in restaurant operations or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant General Manager in managing production targets and operations.
• Train, coach, and develop A+ talent to drive key results.
• Create and manage staff schedules for all shifts.
• Ensure food safety standards and company protocols.
• Monitor inventory and financial metrics to improve profitability.
