Job summary

Youth In Need is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Missouri to lead the daily operation of the UCCC kitchen, ensuring healthy, nourishing meals for about 130 children across 12 classrooms. The role requires ServSafe Manager and other food safety certifications within the required timeframe, plus CPR/First Aid readiness.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to work in a childcare setting, with local travel and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain/maintain ServSafe Manager certification and other food safety certifications within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the daily operation of the UCCC kitchen.
• Prepare and/or oversee food production for approximately 12 classrooms and 130 children daily.
