Casey’s in Texas seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead the in-store kitchen team, training staff and guiding operations to deliver a superior guest experience. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive daily performance in prepared foods and beverages.

You will focus on food safety, inventory control, and profitability, while modeling Casey’s CARES values and stepping in to cover duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service; inform Store Manager.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
