Job summary

Casey’s in Texas is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, supervise daily operations, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will train Team Members, manage prepared foods and dispensed beverages, maintain 5S standards, oversee inventory, resolve guest concerns, and help drive productivity and profitability while living Casey’s CARES values.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Manage kitchen activities in prepared foods and beverages to optimize performance.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily operations alongside Store Manager.
• Oversee inventory and stock levels for kitchen areas.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily leadership.
• Capably perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
