Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations and drive high standards of food quality and safety. You will lead kitchen staff, develop preparation processes, and collaborate with the GM and front-of-house for seamless coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and appliances
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
