Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations, ensure top-tier food quality, and drive efficiency. You will lead kitchen staff, develop preparation processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, partnering with the GM and front-of-house teams.

You will manage a fast-paced kitchen, maintain high cleanliness standards, and leverage inventory systems to optimize performance and costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting (from the ad)
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and appliances
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
