Casey’s in Shelbyville, IN is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead hands-on training of kitchen Team Members and collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will manage daily kitchen operations, uphold food safety standards, oversee inventory, and drive 5S standards and profitability across prepared foods and dispensed beverages while modeling Casey’s CARES values.

Qualifications

• Ability to train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory control.
• Experience leading a fast-paced food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Oversee prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
