Casey’s in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will train and coach Team Members, work with the Store Manager on beverage and prepared foods, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will supervise inventory, maintain 5S standards, and collaborate to maximize productivity and profitability, with a focus on guest experience and leadership in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure kitchen activities follow 5S and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping Store Manager informed.

• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
