Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee interviewing, hiring, orientation and training of back-of-house staff.
• Manage opening/closing paperwork and payroll submissions.
• Monitor food cost, waste and counts; develop BOH team.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and safety standards are met.
• Interact with guests and handle complaints professionally.
• Audit cash drawers and deposits; maintain uniform standards.
• Order and maintain par levels; manage invoices and deposits.
• Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas and reports.
