Tumbleweed Tex Mex Grill & Margarita Bar in Louisville, KY is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain service standards.

You will lead hiring and training, manage payroll and schedules, monitor controls and inventory, and partner with the team to deliver excellent hospitality while upholding safety and sanitation policies.

We are looking for a motivated manager who is interested in a Restaurant Manager position at our Louisville, KY location!

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of all front of house employees
• Complete opening & closing paperwork
• Receive & submit invoices
• Ensure company policies & procedures are followed
• Communicate effectively with all staff
• Monitor payroll, create reports & submit payroll
• Audit safe & cash drawers
• Assist in ensuring Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation & safety standards are met
• Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits
• Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints
• Set & maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
• Complete/monitor bar inventory & ordering
• Write/monitor front of the house schedules to meet sales and labor plans
• Assist in the development of employees
• Performs other duties as assigned
