You will supervise staff, ensure safety and sanitation standards, manage payroll, and collaborate with teams to meet sales and labor goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of all front of house employees.
• Complete opening & closing paperwork.
• Receive & submit invoices.
• Ensure company policies & procedures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with all staff.
• Monitor payroll, create reports & submit payroll.
• Audit safe & cash drawers.
• Assist in ensuring Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation & safety standards are met.
• Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits.
• Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints.
• Set & maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards.
• Complete/monitor bar inventory & ordering.
• Write/monitor front of the house schedules to meet sales and labor plans.
• Assist in the development of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
