Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner per recipes and procedures.

You will supervise BOH staff, enforce policies, manage line times, control waste and labor costs, and train personnel to uphold our high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes.
• Enforce policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct food item ticket times to optimize throughput.
• Manage Back of House staff, conduct evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Provide daily feedback during one-on-ones with staff.
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety.
• Oversee proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
• Schedule Back of House work hours and tasks.
