Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager in Washington to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food to established recipes and procedures.

You will supervise production, enforce safety and cleanliness standards, manage labor and food costs, and direct weekly scheduling. You will train and coach BOH staff and participate in hiring decisions, fostering a safe, lively work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Back of House leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proven ability to manage labor costs and food costs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production and preparation of food to recipes and procedures.
• Enforces policies and maintains cleanliness and guest safety.
• Directs staff scheduling and task assignment before, during, and after service.
• Leads performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline for BOH employees.
• Trains staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Participates in hiring and selection of BOH team.
