Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, and preparing food according to recipes and procedures. You will manage staff performance, oversee safety, and drive efficiency across the kitchen while upholding our standards and culture.

The role emphasizes leadership, inventory control, cost management, and ensuring high-quality, made-from-scratch meals for our guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Back of House leadership and restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling procedures and inventory management.
• Ability to manage food costs and labor efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Experience in training and developing kitchen staff and managers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of all food items per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to meet ticket times and control kitchen costs.
• Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations and coaching.
• Oversee inventory, line Taste & Temp checks, storage, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and hiring decisions for kitchen staff.
