Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in line with established recipes and procedures. You will supervise the production team, manage schedules, monitor food costs and inventory, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coach staff to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing back-of-house operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, inventory, and cost controls.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and preparation of food according to recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
• Direct scheduling, task assignment, and staff supervision for BOH.
• Monitor food costs, waste, and labor costs and optimize throughput.
• Lead staff training, performance evaluations, and daily feedback.
• Review applications, interview candidates, and hire or recommend hires for Back of House.
