Lincoln Hospitality Group is seeking a Kitchen Manager for Milwaukee Burger Company La Crosse. Lead a scratch kitchen in a fast-paced environment and drive food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

You will coach line cooks, prep staff, and dishwashers, manage labor and food costs, and ensure timely, high-quality service. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for scratch cooking, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and scheduling.
• Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent.
• Hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump on the line.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations with focus on food quality, safety, and consistency.
• Coach, train, schedule, and develop Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers.
• Lead by example by working alongside your team during service.
• Maintain costs while achieving financial goals.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation.
• Ensure recipe execution, portion control, and ticket times.
• Maintain sanitation and health department standards.
