Milwaukee Burger Company La Crosse is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced scratch kitchen. You will coach cooks, manage labor and costs, and ensure top-quality, consistent menu execution for guests in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and scheduling

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, safety, and consistency
• Coach, train, schedule, and develop Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers
• Lead by example by working alongside your team during service
• Maintain food, labor, and operating costs while achieving financial goals
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation
• Ensure recipe execution, portion control, presentation, and ticket times
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and health department standards
• Build a positive, accountable culture centered around teamwork and growth
