Job summary

Milwaukee Burger Company La Crosse is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume scratch-kitchen team. You will steer daily operations, ensure top food quality and safety, and mentor line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers to perform at their best.

You’ll control labor and food costs, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires hands-on leadership, reliability for nights/weekends, and a passion for Wisconsin hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for scratch cooking, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and scheduling.
• Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent.
• Hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump on the line.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
