Job summary

Casey’s in the United States is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a busy kitchen team, train Team Members, and ensure a stellar guest experience. You’ll supervise daily kitchen operations, food safety, inventory, and prepared foods and dispensed beverages to boost productivity.

Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.70 per hour, with quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance. Benefits include DailyPay, health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO and holiday pay, and a 401(k) with company

• Ability to train and coach employees
• Strong communication with team and store leadership
• Inventory control and cost awareness

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and coach kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Manage operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Be accountable for kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.

• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
