Qualifications

• 5+ years kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years leadership experience—you know how to run a team.
• Cool under pressure—you thrive in a high-energy setting.
• Strong communication & organizational skills—you keep things on track.
• ServeSafe Certified (or ability to obtain)
• Flexible schedule (including weekends & evenings)

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and set your team up for success.
• Create fair, efficient schedules that keep operations running smoothly.
• Oversee food quality, safety, and sanitation—maintain high standards.
• Jump in when needed—grill duty, expediting, or problem-solving.
• Track and control labor, food costs, and waste to maximize profitability.
• Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and FIFO is followed.
• Maintain kitchen efficiency and enforce company policies.
• Partner with the General Manager to drive success and optimize kitchen operations.
