Penalty Box Bar & Grill in Eastgate Shopping Center is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations in our fast-paced, full-service restaurant. You will ensure food quality, manage staff, and uphold food safety standards while collaborating with management to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a leadership kitchen role, strong culinary knowledge, and the ability to train and motivate a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff to maintain a high-performing team.
