Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a full-service restaurant (dining and bar).
• Demonstrated career growth and consistent success in prior roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to excellence.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations to maintain highest food prep and service quality.
• Train, mentor, and manage team to maximize engagement and efficiency; oversee inventory and ordering with food safety compliance.
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, labor, and food costs to hit targets.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement goals and process improvements.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience by addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly.
