Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• At least 6 months of supervisory or lead restaurant or kitchen experience.
• Strong ability to read and follow instructions and policies.
• Knowledge of sanitary, safety, and health standards (HACCP) required.
• Flexibility to work opening, peak times, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening, daily, and closing procedures per company standards.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates at the restaurant or POS.
• Participate in interviews, hiring recommendations, and performance reviews.
• Prepare and manage work schedules with proper shift coverage.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and appealing restaurant environment.
• Oversee equipment operation and maintenance.
• Operate cash registers and ensure cash-handling compliance.
• Monitor wellness, safety, and health requirements per HMSHost policies.
• Handle orders, inventory, and invoices efficiently.
