Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc. in Kennewick, WA, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations and keep the kitchen in peak condition. You’ll select and motivate a talented BOH team and manage food costs and labor to drive profitability.

You will work weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced environment, roll out new menus, ensure safety and sanitation, and partner with the management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• Proven experience in kitchen management
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Adapt to fast-paced, noisy environment
