Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary restaurant operations in a high sales, full service environment.
• Manage, coach, and develop teams of 30+ employees.
• Inspire and coach high standards through scratch kitchen execution and culinary excellence.
• Monitor and drive financial performance, including labor management and cost controls.
• Hire, train, retain, and develop team members to become future culinary leaders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and award-winning high-performance culture.
• Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and leadership.
• Uphold brand standards and deliver memorable guest experiences.
