Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is hiring a culinary leader to manage daily operations in a high-volume, full-service kitchen in Orlando. You will mentor a 30+ strong team, drive culinary excellence, and ensure recipes, costs, and waste are controlled while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and a focus on safety and quality. It offers a competitive salary and quarterly bonuses, with potential geographic differentials where applicable.

Qualifications

• > 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high volume, full service, scratch kitchen
• "> Supervising 30+ team members per workgroup
• "> Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• "> Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, cost of goods, labor management)
• "> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• ">Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• ">Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary restaurant operations in a high sales, full service environment
• Manage, coach, and develop teams of 30+ employees
• Inspire and coach high standards through scratch kitchen execution and culinary excellence
• Monitor and drive financial performance, including labor management, recipe adherence, portion control and waste management
• Hire, train, retain, and develop team members to become future culinary leaders
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Maintain our positive, inclusive, and award winning high performance culture
• Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and team leadership
• Uphold brand standards and deliver memorable guest experiences
