Qualifications

Strong, stable work history with management experience in high-volume casual dining.
Education and training in business or hospitality.
Successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Oversee food production and Back-of-House operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and company systems to ensure quality standards.
Manage restaurant operations including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
