NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead culinary, operations and financial aspects in Okemos, MI. This role reports to regional leadership and steers menu development, cost control, quality standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities span menu costing, production, catering oversight, vendor management and payroll coordination to ensure efficient service delivery and client retention.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in food service management specifically corporate dining.
• ServSafe Certification
• Allergen Awareness Certification

Responsabilidades

• Manage menu writing and cost control using recipes and costing measures.
• Ensure quality of all food products and standards.
• Oversee all aspects of food production, execution, and presentation.
• Oversee catering operations.
• Maintain vendor relationships.
• Purchasing of food and supplies to ensure efficient operation.
• Coordinate production schedules and staffing to meet service deadlines.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and uniform guidelines.
• Manage client relationships to maintain satisfaction and retention
