Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee guest experiences and staff, ensuring high-quality service across dining operations. The role focuses on coordinating daily dining, supervising staff, and maintaining service standards to satisfy clients.

You will manage scheduling, assist with catering event setup, uphold food safety and sanitation, and uphold vendor relationships while delivering exemplary customer service across varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience in similar position.
• Specialized training in catering.
• Microsoft Office Suite may be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to standards and arrange repairs.
• Build and maintain a 2+ week staff schedule.
• Assist with staff requirements and scheduling for timely service delivery.
• Ensure safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and uniform guidelines.
• Assist with event menu writing and coordination with Chef Manager.
