Job Duties Include:

  • Executing Frickers' unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits.
  • Driving positive sales growth.
  • Maintaining a safe, secure environment by following all food-safety, sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Achieving staff performance through communication, training, scheduling, coaching, and enforcing policies.
  • Controlling costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
  • Recruiting, selecting, and training quality staff to meet staffing objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual setting.
  • Steady employment record with at least 2 professional references.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, friendly attitude with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
