Key Responsibilities

1. Execute Fricker’s brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits
2. Drive positive sales growth
3. Maintain a safe, secure environment following all food safety and sanitation standards
4. Train, coach, and manage staff to achieve optimal performance
5. Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies
6. Recruit, select, and train quality staff

Job Requirements

• At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual setting
• Stable employment record with at least 2 professional references
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
