OUR EXPECTATIONS
  • Deliver a phenomenal guest experience.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth coordination between food prep, cooking, and plating. Maintain workflow during peak times and adapt as needed.
  • Lead and inspire the team with a people-first approach to build CPK's best-in-class culture.
  • Build a team focused on hospitality and culinary excellence, developing talent and fostering career growth through cross-training.
  • Drive sales, profitability, and guest counts.
  • Manage the P&L for the restaurant.
  • Meet financial goals by forecasting, adjusting labor, controlling portions, budgeting, and analyzing variances.
  • Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, guests, suppliers, and management. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following sanitation standards and procedures.

Requirements
  • Minimum two years of BOH management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and develop a team.
  • Passionate about execution, hospitality, and service.

Physical demands include frequent exposure to computer terminals, moderate noise and temperature levels, ability to sit, stand, walk for up to 10 hours, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
