  • KM Compensation range is $55,000-$65,000/year + 10% bonus potential.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Manager, you will lead our fast-paced, high-volume, scratch kitchen, driving culinary execution of our inspired menu paired with Cooper’s Hawk wines. You will partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager to ensure operational excellence, growth, and high team morale, delivering high food quality and a first-class guest experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee 1-2 departments including dish, prep, and/or line.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and manage operating systems.
  • Collaborate between kitchen and front of house operations.
  • Lead hiring, training, and coaching of team members.
  • Manage kitchen standards, inventory, and safety protocols.
  • Participate in menu rollouts, private events, and operational initiatives.
  • Operate computer systems including POS, scheduling, and inventory software.
  • Uphold food safety standards and maintain a professional work environment.
What You’ll Need
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred certifications include ServSafe and relevant licensing.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
