Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily Back of House operations, including ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch Legendary Food, apply today!

Responsibilities of an Assistant Kitchen Manager:

• Supervise and oversee food production
• Ensure compliance with employment policies in collaboration with management
• Monitor tickets and manage pace during peak hours
• Provide hands-on supervision of restaurant activities, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking when needed
• Conduct formal line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Manage inventory and track waste under the Kitchen Manager's guidance
• Maintain cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance
• Ensure consistency in food and service to boost sales
• Practice safe food handling procedures
• Ensure adherence to recipes and procedures by Back of House staff
• Create a safe environment and contribute to employee development
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
• Foster the restaurant's culture and embody core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
