The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen work, food production, and inventory control. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily operations, motivate teamwork, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
• Monitor food costs and work towards budget targets

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of Kitchen Management experience
• Strong knowledge of food production
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
