  • Managing and working with the line cooks and prep cooks to ensure that our food quality and safety is top notch.
  • Responsible for opening or closing the restaurant.
  • Staying calm and collected during very busy hours while leading the team in the cooking line.
  • Effectively managing breaks for the cooks and prep staff.
  • Taking initiative to help improve kitchen processes, organization, and cleanliness.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior cooks and prep staff.
  • Conducting station certifications and managing our promotional ladder.
  • Attending weekly management meetings focused on improving food and service quality.
  • Other duties will be assigned as needed.

  • Good communicator, able to communicate feedback in a constructive and respectful manner
  • Enjoys mentoring and is a team player

  • We provide on the job training as well as continuous coaching.
  • While relevant experience is important, we are more concerned with finding team members with positive, happy, inquisitive, and fun attitudes who genuinely enjoy being around people and working hard.
