The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen work, food production, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
4. Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
5. Monitor food costs and work towards budget targets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

1. Minimum 1 year of Kitchen Management experience.
