Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through a proactive, lead-by-example management style
• Assist the Executive Chef in managing all back-of-house staff, including training and development
• Manage labor and costs effectively to meet budget goals
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and sanitation procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Kitchen Management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, inventory, and cost controls
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Stable work history and strong work ethic
• Culinary program graduate is a plus
