We are looking for a legendary Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily Back of House operations, including ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch Legendary Food, apply today!

Responsibilities of an Assistant Kitchen Manager

1. Supervise and oversee food production.
2. Enforce compliance with all employment policies in collaboration with management.
3. Monitor tickets and set the pace during peak hours.
4. Manage through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, or cooking as needed.
5. Conduct formal line Taste and Temp checks.
6. Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
7. Manage inventory and track waste under the direction of the Kitchen Manager.
8. Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment.
9. Ensure consistency in food and service to increase sales.
10. Practice safe food handling procedures.
11. Ensure adherence to recipes and procedures by Back of House staff.
12. Create a safe environment and support the development of Back of House employees.
13. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
14. Promote the restaurant’s culture and live our core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose.
