Kitchen Manager Role

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. You will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products promptly, following established recipes and procedures. Responsibilities

1. Supervise and oversee food production and preparation in line with recipes and procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
3. Monitor and maintain efficient food ticket times.
4. Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
5. Support development of key employees through daily feedback and coaching.
6. Conduct taste and temperature checks, manage inventory and safety in the kitchen.
7. Oversee proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
8. Practice safe food handling procedures.
9. Manage food costs, track waste, and control kitchen labor costs.
10. Set work hours, create weekly schedules, and assign tasks for Back of House staff.
11. Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
12. Participate in hiring processes for Back of House employees.
13. Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and goals.
