Pay:

$55,000 - $80,000 annually

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a rockstar Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes and procedures. Responsibilities include:
  1. Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in accordance with recipes and procedures.
  2. Ensuring compliance with employment policies, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times.
  4. Managing performance of Back of House staff, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Providing feedback and development opportunities for key employees and staff.
  6. Conducting taste and temperature checks, managing inventory and safety.
  7. Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
  8. Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  9. Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  10. Scheduling and assigning tasks to Back of House employees.
  11. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  12. Participating in hiring processes for Back of House positions.
  13. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals.
