Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily Back of House operations, including ordering, receiving, food preparation, and presentation. Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising and overseeing food production.
2. Enforcing compliance with employment policies in collaboration with management.
3. Monitoring tickets and managing pace during peak hours.
4. Managing restaurant operations through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking as needed.
5. Conducting formal line Taste and Temp checks.
6. Ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
7. Managing inventory and tracking waste under the direction of the Kitchen Manager.
8. Maintaining cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance.
9. Ensuring consistency in food quality and service to increase sales.
10. Practicing safe food handling procedures.
11. Ensuring staff follow established recipes and procedures.
12. Creating a safe environment and aiding in employee development.
13. Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
