We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner, following established recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Supervising and overseeing food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures
  • Enforcing employment policies, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring guest safety in collaboration with management
  • Monitoring and maintaining efficient ticket times for food items
  • Managing Back of House staff performance, conducting evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Developing key employees through daily feedback and performance reviews
  • Conducting formal taste and temperature checks, managing inventory and safety
  • Handling, maintaining, and storing all items properly
  • Practicing safe food handling procedures
  • Controlling food costs, tracking waste, and managing kitchen labor costs
  • Scheduling and assigning tasks to Back of House employees before, during, and after restaurant hours
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
  • Participating in hiring processes for Back of House staff
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and operational goals
