As a Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures.
  2. Ensuring compliance with employment policies, restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times.
  4. Managing Back of House staff performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Developing key employees via daily feedback and performance reviews.
  6. Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper food handling procedures.
  7. Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  8. Overseeing staff scheduling and task assignment.
  9. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  10. Participating in hiring processes for Back of House employees.
  11. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
