Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring timely service according to established recipes and procedures. Your Responsibilities Include
  • Supervising food production and preparation in line with recipes and procedures
  • Enforcing employment policies, ensuring restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
  • Monitoring and maintaining efficient ticket times for food items
  • Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Developing employees through feedback and performance reviews
  • Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper handling of kitchen items
  • Practicing safe food handling procedures
  • Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs
  • Scheduling and assigning tasks for Back of House staff
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Participating in hiring processes for Back of House positions
