Major Food Group is hiring an experienced Kitchen Manager with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism. You will source, order, and receive top-quality ingredients; develop and teach recipes and techniques; organize a large team; oversee service; and manage scheduling and inventory within budget.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managing capacity.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a quality-driven, high volume kitchen.
