Attention Candidates!

This is a THIRD shift position: Sunday - Thursday, 10:30am to 7:00pm with intermittent overtime days on Fridays.

Kitchen Machine Operators are responsible for producing sauces in open kettles and monitoring each batch to ensure quality.

Role and Responsibilities

• Operate various cooking equipment such as ovens, kettles, dishwashers, and pumps.
• Verify ingredients, measure, and weigh ingredients accurately.
• Prepare products on trays for cooking.
• Fill kettles with products and add ingredients, monitoring time and temperature.
• Remove cooked products from kettles.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas after use.
• Gather vegetable carts.
• Fill containers with hot stock.
• Operate pan wash machines.
• Use pallet jacks to move totes and loads.
• Communicate pertinent information to supervisors.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Follow all GMPs, safety, food safety, environmental, and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing or food experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
