Position: Production Operator 3rd Shift

We are looking for a Production Operator 3rd shift to join our team. You will be responsible for the daily manufacturing of products following our recipes. You will learn to work across various production lines in our facility while earning a competitive wage and receiving support from our community of compassionate leaders.

What you’ll do:

1. Learn a variety of production roles to fill gaps in the line throughout the week
2. Read and follow detailed recipe cards to produce high-quality products
3. Operate a forklift safely in a busy plant, with on-site training provided if needed
4. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace that complies with company and government policies

What you’ll bring:

1. Adaptability to perform different activities each day with strong attention to detail
2. Interest in contributing to an effective and productive manufacturing process
3. Ability to read and write, with a desire to continually learn and improve
4. Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Hygiene guidelines, with previous experience in plant production sites, especially in the food industry, considered a plus
