Machine Operator

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $26.15 - $28.70 per hour, plus $1.50 per hour shift premium

Shift: 3rd Shift, 10:00PM – 6:00AM

We are looking for a Vitreous Process Cell Operator to join our Pottery division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
  • Inspecting ware, handling various vitreous ware, making epoxy repairs, operating robot spray booths, loading, reworking pieces, packing products, and operating dryers.
  • Operate Pressure Cast Machines and move ware buggies.
  • Float between roles and cover where needed. Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Pass the global aesthetic test.
  • Must be PIV certified.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
